Carbon Neutral Campus Program

Centre For Learning, Bangalore

Mitra Foundation began its carbon neutral campus program with CFL in April, 2006. Following an awareness session with the students, a joint energy audit was conducted to identify the appropriate renewable energy system to meet their requirements. Mitra then interfaced with technology suppliers to install the required system. CFL began fundraising for the installation by conducting a 'Walk to School' in August 2006.
